AB-1  

1)T bar handle : Fastened to the spindle by anti vibration bolt can be interchanged with anti temperfeature  or hand wheel

2) Dust cap : Protects spindle threads from dirt & dust. These caps are colour coded to show the type of service ( show colour code)
   Isolate Equalize Drain

3) Gland nut & lock nut: Used to adjust the packing compression to give the leak free operations even on  vacuume service.

4) Packing :  Ensures leak free operation of the spindle along with the metal seal ring. Alternative materials are available.

5) Metal seal ring: Adjustment of the gland packing  in response to pressure change can be done to achieve the leak free spindle sealing. 

6) Bonnet: This rigid precisely machined part gives high lavel of reliability at maximum presure & temperature. 

7) Body seal: This seal ensures an effective leak free joint when used between body & bonnet.

8) Spindle : This spindle is a most important part of the valve. The precise threads, super finished seal diameter ensures  leak free & torque free operations. The stem is anti blow out & non removable whch is an important safety feature.

9) Interchangeable tip : This non rotating ,self centering tip gives  bubble tight shut off. Interchangeability of different tip styles is possible.
