Flushing Ring & Flushing Flange

The flushing flange or ring is used for flushing / cleaning of diaphragm seals. This type of flushing flange or ring is clamped between process flange and diaphragm seal flange. The flush flange or ring is made of bar stock or forged material. The ring contains one or two flush holes. The flush holes can be selected in most common sizes. Flushing assemblies are having Needle valve or ball valve or flanged connections depending on the requirement.
